The AMES Companies, Inc. provides the following express limited warranty to the original purchaser of the product. Product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days unless otherwise stated on the product or packaging from the date of original purchase, subject to the disclaimers and limitations stated below. During the above time period, The AMES Companies will replace this product, or such part of the product as may be defective, at AMES option, and at AMES cost, subject to the following provisions.

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product. This warranty does not cover a defect resulting from abuse, misuse, neglect, or any use not in conformity with the printed directions or commonly intended application of the product. You are urged to inspect the product upon purchase.

Except for this express limited warranty, AMES makes no express or implied warranty with respect to this product and expressly disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any purpose. This limited warranty is in lieu of any other warranty or representation, whether expressed or implied, written or oral. The warranty is limited to the remedy set forth above, and excludes any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, liquidated or other damages directly or indirectly relating or attributable to the products covered by this limited warranty under any theory of law or equity. AMES shall not be liable beyond this limited warranty for any claim relating to the product, including but not limited to damage or loss resulting from inability to use or resell the products, property damage, economic loss, lost profits, etc.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state, or from province to province, so that this warranty may not apply to you.
