There’s more to outdoor cooking than just preparing healthy and tasty meals. Unlike a grill, a griddle has a flat top that allows for cooking bacon, eggs, sausages, burgers, and pancakes, all at the same time and for large groups of people, as the surface is typically big enough. Blackstone griddles are available with cooking spaces of up to 36 inches wide. They are, however, easy to move, store, and clean as they break down into separate components and have convenient lockable wheels. Small portable models with a single heat zone are available as well. Bigger griddles feature two or four burners with individual temperature settings.
