Striketeam XTO™ Gray Frame Clear Lens Shield Goggles Kit by ESS®. The Striketeam XTO™ features closed-cell face padding for maximum durability and ease of cleaning. The open-cell vent foam provides filtered ventilation, allowing the humid air to escape, but prevent airborne particles from getting in. All Striketeam™ goggle components are heat and flame resistant, including the face padding and vent foam, and the lenses provide maximum impact protection and optical clarity. The roomy Striker™ frame is designed to fit over most eyeglasses. The one-piece wrap-around strap features the patented ESS™ Speed-Clip™ system, which adapts to all wildland and rescue helmets and facilitates quick strap adjustment, even with gloves on.

All Striketeam™ goggles are compliant with ANSI Z87.1-2015, U.S. Federal OSHA and wildland fire equipment performance requirements, including the 350°F for a 5-minute oven test. This line is considered Primary Eye Protection by NFPA 1500.
Striketeam™ goggles use Striker™ Series lenses, all of which provide 100% UVA/UVB protection and distortion-free optical clarity. They meet and exceed ANSI Z87.1-2015, the U.S. Military .22 caliber ballistic impact test MIL-DTL-43511D (Clause 3.5.10), and CE EN 166.

Warranty

FIVE-YEAR WARRANTY

Current ESS products are warranted against manufacturers defects for a period of five years (electronic components, if applicable, are covered for one year). The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase from an Authorized ESS Dealer that clearly shows the purchase date. For all valid warranty claims, ESS will repair or replace the product. Please refer to the specific warranty included with your product for specific information regarding warranty coverage.

All ESS Rx products are governed by an ESS Rx Limited Warranty.

ESS Rx eyewear (prescription lens carrier inserts and prescription eyewear) products comes with a warranty by Eye Safety Systems, Inc. (ESS) for five years (for frames) against manufacturing defects and workmanship, and two years (for Rx lens coating) against surface cracking and/or peeling. Warranty coverage commences from the date of original purchase and is only valid for the original purchaser with proof of purchase from an authorized dealer that clearly shows the purchase date.

The warranty is only valid when the Rx eyewear frames are fitted with authentic ESS Rx lenses; fitting with any third party products automatically voids warranty coverage. Scratches caused by improper care or abuse are not covered by this warranty. Alteration, misuse, abuse or improper care will void all warranty coverage. The customer’s exclusive remedy for a breach of warranty shall be a replacement of the product if related to the frame and a one-time replacement of the product if related to the lens coating. This warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable state or national laws governing the sale of consumer goods.

Avon Vision Correction System (VCS) frames are warranted by ESS for a period of eighteen months from the date of original purchase against manufacturing defects. Rx lens coatings come with a twenty-four month warranty against surface cracking and/or peeling. Warranty coverage is only valid only for the original purchaser with a proof of purchase from an authorized dealer that clearly shows the purchase date.
