90-DAY/1-YEAR/2-YEAR/3-YEAR/5-YEAR/15-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Jasco Products Company LLC (“Jasco”) warrants this product to be free from manufacturing
defects for a particular period from the original date of consumer purchase. This warranty is also non-transferable, is limited to the original, end-user purchaser, and is
void if this product’s original factory serial number has been removed, defaced, or altered. This
warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of this product only. Under no circumstances
shall Jasco be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of
this limited warranty, breach of contract or strict liability or damage to other products that may
be used with this product. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Jasco Products Company LLC (“Jasco”) warrants this product to be free from manufacturing
defects for as long as you own the product or for the lifetime of the original purchaser or owner,
whichever period ends first. This warranty is also non-transferable, is limited
to the original, end-user purchaser, and is void if this product’s original factory serial number has
been removed, defaced, or altered. This warranty is limited to the replacement of this product
only. Under no circumstances shall Jasco be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential
damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract or strict liability or
damage to other products that may be used with this product. Some States do not allow the

UNDER-COUNTER FIXTURE WARRANTY
Jasco Products Company LLC (“Jasco”) warrants this fixture to be free from manufacturing
defects for a period of one year or three years from the original date of consumer purchase. This warranty does
not apply to the bulb. This warranty is also non-transferable, is limited
to the original, end-user purchaser, and is void if this fixture’s original factory serial number has
been removed, defaced, or altered. This fixture warranty is limited to the repair or replacement
of this fixture only. Under no circumstances shall Jasco be liable for any special, incidental, or
consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract or strict
liability or damage to other products that may be used with this fixture. Some States do not
allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation
or exclusion may not apply to you.
