Warranty

Arrow Storage warrants that its outdoor storage buildings will not fail due to perforation caused by rusting through of material. Arrow Storage will replace any part found to be perforated by rust under normal use and service within the period mentioned below. For your warranty to be in effect, the building must be maintained as directed in the Owner’s Manual.

Arrow Storage warrants to the original owner that its outdoor storage products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Arrow Storage will send replacement parts free of charge found to be defective or missing. Warranty period is:

Galvanized Steel: Standard, galvanized steel sheds and buildings carry a limited 12-year warranty
HDG Steel®: Premium HDG Steel sheds and buildings have a limited 15-year warranty
Vinyl-Coated Steel: Premium, vinyl-coated galvanized steel models have a limited 20-year warranty
Vinyl-Coated HDG Steel®: Premium Vinyl-Coated HDG Steel storage chests, raised bed gardens, carports and other specialty products have a limited 10 and 20-year warranty

This warranty only covers failures which occur during normal use and does not extend to color change arising due to normal weathering, damage resulting from misuse or neglect, commercial use, failure to follow assembly instructions and the owner’s manual (including proper anchoring of a shed or building), painting, forces of nature, and other causes which are beyond Arrow Storage’s control. Storage of pool chemicals and use of pressure treated wood for the floor will cause steel corrosion which will not be covered under warranty. The warranty is void if the product is modified in any way. In no event shall Arrow Storage be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Arrow Storage reserves the right to request photographic proof of product defect to aid in determining extent of defect and aid in quality control efforts. Arrow Storage reserves the right to discontinue or change parts. If a part has been discontinued or is not available, Arrow Storage will substitute a part as may be compatible and available.
