The product is warranted to the consumer for 90 days from date of retail purchase (or one year after last purchase date by dealer) against defects in material and workmanship.
*Note: Warranty is void if any CO2 powerlet or cylinder has been pierced, opened, or modified.
What is NOT covered: Damages caused by abuse, modifications, or failure to perform normal maintenance.
Crosman Airsoft Products
Limited 30 Day Warranty
The product is warranted to the consumer for 30 days from date of retail purchase against defects in material and workmanship.
*Note: Warranty is void if gun has been disassembled or modified.

Remanufactured Products
Limited 30 Day Warranty
The product is warranted to the consumer for 30 days from date of retail purchase (or one year after last purchase date by dealer) against defects in material and workmanship.
*Note: Warranty is void if gun has been disassembled or modified.
**A sticker on the outside of the box and on the Owner's Manual indicates the gun is remanufactured and has a 30-day warranty. The serial number of the gun will have an ‘R’ in the first position, which identifies it as a remanufactured product.

Crosman Custom Airguns
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Crosman warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this custom airgun, purchased in the US, if used in accordance with instructions, will be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as he or she owns the product. The limited lifetime warranty is valid for production related failures and does not cover fair wear and tear, or routine maintenance. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care, modifications, or alteration, or acts of nature, such as floods and tornadoes. For product requiring a battery, the battery is not warranted. This warranty does not include sights or optics not manufactured by Crosman. At Crosman's option, the product will be repaired, replaced, or substituted with a product of comparable value. This warranty lasts as long as the original purchaser owns the product. Coverage terminates if the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product. Any repair work on Crosman products by unauthorized third parties voids any warranties. Crosman's determination regarding the coverage of the warranty will be final.
Repair Service:
Your airgun requires special tools and fixtures to repair it. Any disassembly or modification not performed by an Authorized Service Station will void the warranty and could be dangerous.
What is NOT covered: Damages caused by abuse, failure to perform normal maintenance, or by normal wear and tear. Consequential damages, incidental damages, or incidental expenses, including damage to property. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Crosman disclaims any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow limitations on an implied warranty, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
To the extent any provision of this warranty is prohibited by federal, state, or municipal law which cannot be preempted, it shall not be applicable. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state and country to country.
*Note: The limited lifetime warranty is available only in the name of the original purchaser, who must be over 18 years old.
