The Phoenix outdoor grill is a versatile cooking machine designed for grilling, roasting, smoking, and steaming. It has a dual-valve construction that allows you to control the temperature of the right and left burner separately, and can further be tricked-out with accessories that allow for even greater cooking flexibility, like a side-mounted infrared cooker or a top-mounted grate that provides an additional low-temp cooking/warming surface. Phoenix grills have a unique full-size drip tray that sits above the stainless steel burner. It virtually eliminates flare-ups and can be filled with water, wine, beer, and anything else to steam food and pack it with flavor.

Thanks to a diamond-shaped mesh grid, you can easily grill any foods including small and delicate ones, without having them fall through the grates. A built-in thermometer takes the guesswork out of temperature monitoring, while sliding rear vents allow you to achieve the necessary level of heat. Every Phoenix gas grill is an American-made product that is built to last. Two model lineups are available, including Fabricated grills with all-stainless-steel construction and Cast Aluminum End Caps models with an aluminum base and column and a stainless steel head and side shelves. Both are available in LP and natural gas versions. Phoenix is a brand of Modern Home Products (MHP) which is the originator of the outdoor gas grill.
